Decent price, convenient location and friendly staff. Our city break was made better by the fact that the hotel was situated just off the main highway, which made travelling to nearby attractions a breeze. We were also pleased with the affordable rates that the hotel offers. The staff were very approachable and always willing to help us with any queries or concerns we had during our stay.

The room was subpar, and the amenities were not up to scratch. We found the room lacked the basic amenities that we expected, and the cleanliness was not up to par.

The location on the eastbound carriageway allows for easy access between cities, though it may require a slight detour. The staff provide excellent service, and the basic amenities meet all of your needs. The rooms, some of which have a view of the dual carriageway, are clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast options are varied and satisfying.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel on the edge of York. The room was lovely, clean, warm, and quiet, with a nice view of the surroundings. It was convenient to have a Burger King and Greggs for snacks attached to the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The location was also ideal, with easy access to local eateries and even an abandoned farm to explore. Plus, the proximity to the city center allowed us to easily explore all the attractions.

The lack of power sockets in the room was a bit inconvenient, especially in this day and age.

Noisy rooms and uncomfortable beds. The shower had no pressure and the water was lukewarm.
